При выполнении строительных работ безопасности жизнедеятельности и охране окружающей среды всегда уделялось серьезное внимание, но сегодня этого недостаточно. Необходимо обеспечить активизацию работ по осуществлению «зеленого строительства». Это может стать главным аргументом в повышении конкурентоспособности строительного организации. Работа эта масштабна и ответственна, к тому же чрезвычайно затратна, поэтому следует заранее понять, как реализация данных планов может повлиять на экономическую безопасность строительной деятельности. Принимая во внимание многогранность контроля экономической безопасности организации и тот факт, что экологическая составляющая является только отдельной частью этого процесса, необходимо обеспечить полноценный учет всех экологических угроз. В данной работе представлены результаты исследования по выявлению экологических угроз в период строительства многоквартирного дома. Наряду с повышением уровня контроля параметров экономической безопасности, этот подход может стать технологической основой для решения задачи экологически сознательного проектирования и строительства многоэтажного жилого здания – основного фактора, регулирующего обеспечение экологической составляющей экономической безопасности. Выделенные группы возможных экологических угроз являются информационной базой для разработки системы внутреннего контроля, который позволит обеспечить не только внутренний экологический мониторинг в период строительства здания, но и будет способствовать сохранению экономической безопасности строительной организации. During construction work, life safety and environmental protection have always been given serious attention, but today this is not enough. It is necessary to ensure the intensification of work on the implementation of «green building». This may be the main argument in increasing the competitiveness of the construction organization. This work is large-scale and responsible, and also extremely costly, so you should understand in advance how the implementation of these plans can affect the economic security of construction activities. Taking into account the multifaceted control of the economic security of the organization and the fact that the environmental component is only a separate part of this process, it is necessary to fully take into account all environmental threats. This paper presents the results of a study to identify environmental threats during the construction of an apartment building. Along with increasing the level of control over economic security parameters, this approach can become the technological basis for solving the problem of environmentally conscious design and construction of a multi-storey residential building - the main factor governing the provision of the environmental component of economic security. The identified groups of possible environmental threats are the information base for the development of an internal control system that will ensure not only internal environmental monitoring during the construction of the building, but will also help preserve the economic security of the construction organization |
