Вопросы создания эффективного организационно-экономического механизма хозяйствования в аграрном секторе экономики всегда являлись предметом дискуссий множества исследователей. В формировании механизма хозяйствования сельскохозяйственных предприятий, повышении результативности воздействия составляющих его рычагов как организационного, так и экономического характера, особое место занимает кластеризация. В статье проанализировано состояние сельскохозяйственного производства в Курганской области, обозначена лидирующая позиция региона в производстве и реализации зерновой продукции. Авторами изучены составляющие элементы организационно-экономического механизма хозяйствования агарных предприятий Зауралья, рассмотрены теоретические аспекты процесса кластеризации как неотъемлемого элемента совершенствования системы такого механизма. Предложен авторский подход к модели оценки кластерного потенциала сельскохозяйственных предприятий, при этом были обозначены составляющие его блоки и введены новые показатели, отражающие эффективность использования ресурсного, производственного, финансового, кадрового и инвестиционного потенциалов. The issues of creating an effective organizational and economic mechanism of management in the agricultural sector of the economy have always been the subject of discussion by many researchers. Clustering plays a special role in the formation of the management mechanism of agricultural enterprises, increasing the effectiveness of the impact of its constituent levers, both organizational and economic in nature. The article analyzes the state of agricultural production in the Kurgan region, identifies the leading position of the region in the production and sale of grain products. The authors studied the constituent elements of the organizational and economic mechanism of managing agricultural enterprises in the Zaural,ye, and considered the theoretical aspects of the clustering process as an integral element of improving the system of such a mechanism. The authors approach to the model of assessing the cluster potential of agricultural enterprises was proposed, while the components of its blocks were identified and new indicators were introduced that reflect the efficiency of using resource, production, financial, human and investment potentials. |
