| Περιγραφή: | Научная статья отражает результаты исследования и анализа проблем учета отраслевой специфики, характерной для нефтегазовой отрасли, определению основных факторов, оказывающих влияние на стоимость компаний данной отрасли. В статье представлена классификация существующих нефтегазовых компаний, определены основные этапы экономической жизни предприятий рассматриваемой отрасли, выявлены основные составляющие прибыли предприятийнедропользователей, установлены внутренние и внешние факторы, влияющие на рыночную стоимость нефтегазовой компании. Кроме того, в данной работе приводятся специфические для рассматриваемой отрасли показатели, позволяющие проанализировать эффективность функционирования нефтегазовой компании и определить ее инвестиционную привлекательность. The scientific article reflects the results of a study and analysis of the problems of accounting for industry specifics characteristic of the oil and gas industry, the definition of the main factors affecting the value of companies in this industry. The article presents the classification of existing oil and gas companies, identifies the main stages of the economic life of enterprises in the industry in question, identifies the main components of the profit of subsurface user enterprises, identifies internal and external factors affecting the market value of the oil and gas company. In addition, this work provides indicators specific to the industry in question that allow us to analyze the performance of an oil and gas company and determine its investment attractiveness. |
