Статья посвящена исследованию актуальной проблемы – влиянию региональных средств массовой информации на этнополитические процессы на Северном Кавказе на примере этнически родственных субъектов Кабардино-Балкарии и Карачаево-Черкесии (1990 гг. – нача- ло XXI в.). Анализируется влияние государственных республиканских и муниципальных печатных изданий на общественно-политические события в период центробежных тенденций в регионах. Показано взаимовлияние власти и прессы, как в провоцировании, так и урегулировании конфликт- ных ситуаций в сфере этнических отношений. Представлен анализ публикаций в печатных из- даниях национальных общественных организаций, в которых исторические судьбы региона, сам опыт взаимодействия различных этнических общностей Кабардино-Балкарии рассматриваются сквозь призму ценностей определенной этнической общности. Освещается деятельность регио- нальных коммерческих печатных изданий, публикующих материалы, не отражающие точку зре- ния органов власти (новости, связанные с криминалом, территориальными вопросами и спорами, касающимися национальной политики). Рассматривается влияние Интернета на этнополитиче- ские процессы в регионе. Обобщен опыт портала фонда «Эльбрусоид» и Российского конгресса народов Кавказа по формированию у молодежи гражданских ценностей. Анализ других порталов и сайтов, посвященных Кавказу, показал, что они в основном освещают негативные факторы: терроризм, коррупция, клановость, безработица, дотационность. Угрозой для этнополитической напряженности в последние годы в регионах является активность «троллей» на форумах, в груп- пах новостей сети Usenet и др. В этой связи важным условием этнополитической стабильности является публикация в СМИ материалов, посвященных духовной и культурной общности народов, распространению позитивного исторического опыта межэтнического взаимодействия народов региона, привитию уважения к истории, культурам, традициям народов России. The article is devoted to the study of the actual problem – the influence of regional mass media on ethnopolitical processes in the North Caucasus on the example of ethnically related subjects of KabardinoBalkaria and Karachaevo-Cherkessia (1990 – the beginning of the 21st century). The influence of state republican and municipal printed publications on socio-political events during the period of centrifugal tendencies in the regions is analyzed. The author shows the mutual influence of the authorities and the press, both in provoking and settling conflict situations in the sphere of ethnic relations. The analysis of publications in printed publications of national public organizations is presented, in which the historical destinies of the region, the experience of interaction of different ethnic communities of KabardinoBalkaria are examined through the prism of values of a certain ethnic community. The activities of regional commercial publications that publish materials that do not reflect the views of the authorities are reported (news related to crime, territorial issues and disputes concerning national policies). The influence of the Internet on ethnopolitical processes in the region is considered. The experience of the portal of the Elbrusoid Foundation and the Russian Congress of the Peoples of the Caucasus on the formation of civil values among young people is summarized. Analysis of other portals and sites devoted to the Caucasus showed that they mainly cover negative factors: terrorism, corruption, clanism, unemployment, subsidy. The threat to ethnopolitical tension in recent years in the regions is the activity of "trolls" on the forums, in news groups of the Usenet network and others. In this regard, an important condition for ethnopolitical stability is the publication in the media of materials on the spiritual and cultural community of peoples, the dissemination of positive historical experience of interethnic interaction among the peoples of the region, inculcating respect for the history, cultures, traditions of the peoples of Russia. |
