Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью оптимизации управления производственными ресурсами предприятий черной металлургии в условиях современных кризисных явлений с опорой на укрепление их кадрового потенциала. Разработана модель развития кадрового потенциала предприятия черной металлургии на основе концепции управления его динамическими способностями с применением инструментария теории слабых сигналов. Исследован один из параметров сохранения кадрового потенциала отрасли в условиях Южно-Уральского региона на основе индикаторов индекса лучшей жизни. Предложен общий подход к совершенствованию управления кадровым потенциалом предприятий черной металлургии, основанный на анализе проблем уровня и качества жизни. The relevance of the work is due to the need to optimize the management of production resources of ferrous metallurgy enterprises in the conditions of modern crisis phenomena based on strengthening their human resources. A model of the development of the personnel potential of a ferrous metallurgy enterprise based on the concept of managing its dynamic abilities using the tools of the theory of weak signals has been developed. One of the parameters of preserving the personnel potential of the industry in the conditions of the South Ural region based on the indicators of the better life index is investigated. A general approach to improving the management of the personnel potential of ferrous metallurgy enterprises is proposed, based on the analysis of the problems of the level and quality of life. |
