В статье представлены результаты анализа функционирования механизма формирования государственных доходов в Российской Федерации сквозь призму его структурных элементов. Оценка указанного механизма производилась на основе анализа показателей исполнения доходов федерального бюджета за 2014-2018 гг., а также посредством выявления особенностей процессов администрирования и контроля за поступлением государственных доходов в бюджеты бюджетной системы Российской Федерации. Результаты анализа могут быть использованы в процессах развития и совершенствования механизма формирования государственных доходов. The article presents the results of the analysis of the functioning of the mechanism for generating state revenues in the Russian Federation through the prism of its structural elements.The assessment of this mechanism was based on an analysis of the performance indicators of Federal budget revenues for 2014-2018, as well as by identifying the features of the processes of administration and control over the receipt of state revenues to the budgets of the budget system of the Russian Federation. The results of the analysis can be used in the development and improvement of the mechanism for generating state revenues. |
