В статье рассматриваются проблемы субсидирования части процентной ставки по банковским кредитам малого предпринимательства на селе. Обосновывается необходимость государственной поддержки кредитования малого бизнеса. Проведен анализ текущего остатка субсидий по льготному кредитованию. Проведено ранжирование федеральных округов РФ по остаткам субсидий. Рассмотрен план предоставления субсидий на 2020 год. The article deals with the problems of subsidizing part of the interest rate on bank loans to small businesses in rural areas. Necessity of the state support of crediting of small business is proved. The analysis of the current balance of subsidies for concessional lending. The ranking of the federal districts of the Russian Federation on the balance of subsidies. The plan is to provide subsidies for 2020. |
