Современные экономические условия, сопровождаемые такими процессами как высокая концентрация конкурентов на различных рынках и в отраслях, автоматизация бизнес-процессов требуют новых подходов в реализации стратегий развития. Одним из таких подходов является реализация проектов развития предприятия. Особую роль в данном направлении занимают инновационные методы проектного менеджмента. При этом, учитывая характер современных экономических отношений, тенденций интеграции услуг и глобализации рынков, в качестве актуального метода в реализации проектов развития предприятия выступает аутсорсинг. Цель статьи определить проблемы реализации проектов развития промышленных предприятий и выявить соответствующие методы решения выделенных проблем, направленные на повышение эффективности функционирования предприятия и его стратегическое развитие в рамках проектного менеджмента. Результаты: определены проблемы в реализации проектов развития промышленных предприятий. Выделены современные методы, связанные с цифровыми технологиями, позволяющие реализовывать проекты развития предприятий в рамках проектного менеджмента. Особое внимание уделено аутсорсингу как инновационному инструменту в реализации проектов развития предприятий. Выделены причины и критерии перехода предприятий на промышленный аутсорсинг. Modern economic conditions, accompanied by such processes as a high concentration of competitors in various markets and industries, automation of business processes require new approaches in the implementation of development strategies. One of these approaches is the implementation of enterprise development projects. A special role in this direction is occupied by innovative methods of project management. At the same time, taking into account the nature of modern economic relations, trends in the integration of services and the globalization of markets, outsourcing is an actual method in the implementation of enterprise development projects. The purpose of the article is to identify the problems of implementing projects for the development of industrial enterprises and to identify appropriate methods for solving the identified problems aimed at improving the efficiency of the enterprise and its strategic development within the framework of project management. Results: problems in the implementation of projects for the development of industrial enterprises were identified. Highlighted modern methods associated with digital technologies, allowing to implement projects for the development of enterprises in the framework of project management. Particular attention is paid to outsourcing as an innovative tool in the implementation of enterprise development projects. The reasons and criteria for the transition of enterprises to industrial outsourcing are highlighted. |
