Актуальность настоящей статьи определяется тем, что социальноэкономическое развитие регионов Российской Федерации в современных условиях предполагает создание в рамках ее субъектов полюсов развития, являющихся источниками устойчивого роста на основе обеспечения масштабной диффузии инноваций. Решение данной проблемы требует применения достижений современной экономической науки, в первую очередь - региональной экономической теории, предлагающей пространственную модель как инструмент целенаправленного регулирования процессов взаимоотношений между участниками инновационной деятельности в заданных территориальных границах. Адаптация базовой пространственной модели к российским условиям позволила выявить фундаментальные условия решения проблемы создания полюсов развития, отражающие специфику российской экономики и предложить рабочее определение инновационного полюса развития. The relevance of this article is determined by the fact that the socio-economic development of the regions of the Russian Federation under present conditions involves the creation of development poles within its constituent entities, which are considered to be a source of sustainable growth on the basis of large-scale diffusion of innovations. The solution of this problem requires the application of modern economic sciences achievements first of all - the regional economic theory, which offers a spatial model as a tool for purposeful regulation of the processes of relations between the participants of innovative activity in the given territorial boundaries. The adaptation of the basic spatial model to the Russian conditions made it possible to formulate the fundamental conditions for solving the problem of creating development poles, reflecting the specifics of the Russian economy and to offer a working definition of the innovative development pole. |
