| Description: | The article studies a philosophical and pedagogical analysis of the concept of “success” in the context of the modern educational paradigm. The author carries out a semantic and cultural analysis of this concept, revealing the ambiguity of its interpretations in modern society. Based on the ontoparadigmatic approach of I.A. Kolesnikova the research examines features of assessing the success of a teacher and student in various educational spaces – technocratic, humanitarian and traditional. From the standpoint of A. Adler’s personal psychology, the productivity of pedagogy’s orientation toward students’ competitive achievements has been questioned. The author analyzes options for the practical implementation of the theoretical ideas of “pedagogy of success”, identifies the characteristics of success associated with the moral orientation of the individual, and also provides various models of “success formulas” used by trainers, tutors, and coaches. Based on the ideas of modern generational theory, a transformation of the value systems of young people is noted, which is important for building effective strategies and tactics of educational work. Предлагаемая научная статья посвящена философско-педагогическому анализу концепта «успех» в контексте современной образовательной парадигмы. Автор осуществляет семантический и культурологический анализы данного понятия, выявляя неоднозначность его трактовок в современном обществе. На основе онтопарадигмального подхода И.А. Колесниковой рассмотрены особенности оценки успешности преподавателя и учащегося в различных образовательных пространствах – технократическом, гуманитарном и традиционном. С позиций личностной психологии А. Адлера поставлена под сомнение продуктивность ориентации педагогики на соревновательные достижения обучающихся. Автор анализирует варианты практической реализации теоретических идей «педагогики успеха», выделяет характеристики успеха, связанные с морально-нравственной ориентацией личности, а также приводит различные модели «формул успеха», применяемых тренерами, тьюторами, коучами. На основе идей современной теории поколений отмечается трансформация ценностных установок молодежи, что имеет большое значение для построения эффективных стратегий и тактик воспитательной работы. |
