Нефтегазовый комплекс является одним из ключевых секторов российской экономики. Инновации позволяют занимать и сохранять ведущие позиции на мировых энергетических рынках. В статье выполнено исследование перспективных направлений инновационной деятельности предприятий нефтегазового комплекса, проведен анализ секторальной и организационной структуры отрасли и сделан вывод о существовании организационных барьеров создания и развития инновационных технологий. Автором обоснована целесообразность развития модели открытых инноваций в деятельности нефтегазовых компаний с целью оптимизации расходов и стимулирования появления прорывных инноваций. The oil and gas industry is one of the key sectors of the Russian economy. Innovations allow us to take and maintain leading positions in the world energy markets. The article studies promising areas of innovative activity of oil and gas companies, analyzes the sector and organizational structure of the industry, and concludes that there are organizational barriers to the creation and development of innovative technologies. The author substantiates the feasibility of developing a model of open innovation in the activities of oil and gas companies in order to optimize costs and stimulate the emergence of breakthrough innovations. |
