| Description: | Based on the analysis of the historical events of the period of "perestroika" and the collapse of the Soviet Union, the article examines the problem of the growth of crisis phenomena and the destruction of a single Soviet socio-cultural space. The first stage of disintegration, according to the author, was provoked by the so-called glasnost policy, which turned into an important anti-systemic project. Attempts at pseudo-democratic reformatting of the socio-cultural and information space, against the backdrop of a steadily deepening crisis of government institutions and an ever-accelerating deterioration of the situation in the economy and the material situation of the population, provoked a number of destructive consequences that deeply affected all spheres of public life. First of all, they were expressed in the chaotization of the most electrified public consciousness. As a result, with amazing ease, on the one hand, and amazing indifference and apathy, on the other, it accepted the changes that meant the collapse of the statehood, which at one time withstood the test of the most difficult trials. На основе анализа исторических событий периода «перестройки» и распада Советского Союза, в статье исследуется проблема нарастания кризисных явлений и разрушения единого советского социокультурного пространства. Первый этап дезинтеграции, по мнению автора, спровоцировала так называемая политика гласности, превращенная в важный антисистемный проект. Попытки псевдодемократического переформатирования общественно-культурного и информационного пространства, на фоне неуклонного углубления кризиса институтов власти и все более ускорявшегося ухудшения ситуации в экономике и материальном положении населения, спровоцировали целый ряд деструктивных последствий, глубоко затронувших все сферы общественной жизни. В первую очередь, они выразились в хаотизации максимально наэлектризованного общественного сознания. В итоге, оно с поразительной легкостью, с одной стороны, и удивительным равнодушием и апатией - с другой, приняло перемены, означавшие крах государственности, в свое время выдержавшей проверку тяжелейшими испытаниями. |
