Анализ существующих информационных систем, ориентированных на человеко-машинное взаимодействие показал, что в настоящее время они обладают низкой эффективностью, влекущей за собой снижение таких показателей, как производительность, объём продаж и доходов, удовлетворенность пользователей. Также возрастают негативные показатели, такие как временные затраты на обучение, временные затраты на развитие и затраты на обслуживание. Данная ситуация возникла по причине низкого качества существующих моделей описания информационных систем, недостатки которых выявлены в настоящей статье. С целью исключения этих недостатков и повышения за счёт этого эффективности систем разработана новая модель описания элементов информационных систем, ориентированных на человеко-машинное взаимодействие. Представленная модель позволяет детально анализировать элементы информационных систем, их состав и структуру, а также связи между ними, что способствует выявлению уязвимостей и противоречий, приводящих к снижению их эффективности. Также настоящая модель позволит проектировать более эффективные информационные системы и их графические пользовательские интерфейсы за счёт содержания в себе полного спектра психофизиологических параметров и ограничений пользователей целевой аудитории, а также факторов внешней среды, оказывающих непосредственное влияние на условия труда специалистов. The analysis of existing information systems focused on human-machine interaction has shown that at present they have low efficiency, which entails a decrease in such indicators as productivity, sales and revenue, user satisfaction. Negative indicators, such as time spent on training, time spent on development and maintenance costs, are also increasing. This situation arose due to the low quality of existing models for describing information systems, the shortcomings of which are identifi ed in this article. In order to eliminate the shortcomings of existing models and thereby increase the efficiency of systems, a new model for describing the elements of information systems focused on human-machine interaction has been developed. The presented model allows us to analyze in detail the elements of information systems, their composition and structure, as well as the connections between them, which helps to identify vulnerabilities and contradictions that lead to a decrease in their effectiveness. This model will allow us to design more effective information systems and their graphical user interfaces due to the content of a full range of psychophysiological parameters and restrictions of users of the target audience, as well as environmental factors that directly affect the working conditions of specialists. |
