В статье рассматриваются вопросы влияния цифровой трансформации на формирование стратегий развития региона. Цифровая трансформация экономики существенно влияет на значимость перечисленных факторов размещения производства. Реализация региональных стратегий цифровой трансформации способствует выравниванию экономических различий территорий, что соответствует целям, поставленным в Стратегии 2025. Региональные стратегии цифровой трансформации, разработка и внедрение прогрессивных ресурсных технологий, развитие человеческого капитала, увеличение степени концентрации финансового капитала влияют на усиление финансово-экономической безопасности региона. Доказывается, что цифровая трансформация экономики способна, во - первых, снизить материалоемкость производства, а во-вторых, ускорить производственные циклы. Особое внимание уделено вопросам совершенствования механизма управления пространственно-локализованными экономическими системами региона, в том числе технопарками, с целью повышения социально-экономического развития на основе внедрения новых технологий, использования финансовых, социальных и ресурсных связей субъектов хозяйствования. В статье указывается, что цифровая трансформация региона способна ощутимо повлиять на нематериальные факторы развития экономики региона: имидж и репутацию региона, его бренд и конкурентоспособность. Реализация стратегий цифровой трансформации способна повлиять на имидж и репутацию региона, что в свою очередь, вызовет повышение конкурентоспособности региона и приток новых инвестиций в его экономику. The article examines the impact of digital transformation on the formation of regional development strategies. The digital transformation of the economy significantly affects the importance of the listed factors of production location. The implementation of regional digital transformation strategies helps to equalize economic differences between territories, which corresponds to the goals set in Strategy 2025. Regional digital transformation strategies, the development and implementation of advanced resource technologies, the development of human capital, and an increase in the concentration of financial capital affect the strengthening of the financial and economic security of the region. It is proved that the digital transformation of the economy is capable, firstly, to reduce the material consumption of production, and secondly, to speed up production cycles. Particular attention is paid to the issues of improving the management mechanism for spatially localized economic systems of the region, including technoparks, in order to increase socio-economic development through the introduction of new technologies, the use of financial, social and resource ties of business entities. The article indicates that the digital transformation of the region can significantly affect the intangible factors of the development of the regional economy: the image and reputation of the region, its brand and competitiveness. The implementation of digital transformation strategies can affect the image and reputation of the region, which in turn will increase the competitiveness of the region and the inflow of new investments into its economy. |
