В статье рассматриваются механизмы влияния барьерной функции границы на различные аспекты социальной, экономической и культурной жизни муниципальных образований. Представлен анализ причин и последствий специфических условий развития приграничных муниципалитетов. Предлагаются рекомендации по минимизации негативного воздействия барьерной функции границы на социально-экономическое и иные направления развития приграничья. The article discusses the mechanisms of the influence of the barrier function of the border on various aspects of the social, economic and cultural life of municipalities. An analysis of the causes and consequences of specific conditions for the development of border municipalities is presented. Recommendations are offered on minimizing the negative impact of the barrier function of the border on the socio-economic and other areas of border development. |
