В статье рассмотрена проблема увеличения производственных мощностей строительной отрасли Вьетнама в условиях активизации иностранных инвестиций. Приведены структурная схема составляющих элементов производственного потенциала и показатели их оценки. Выявлена логическая взаимосвязь участников процессе. Детерминированы основные термины и понятия. Предложены общеметодологические и внутрисистемные принципы формирования и функционирования механизма развития производственного потенциала строительной отрасли приводится разработанная концептуально-логическая структурная модель механизма. The article considers the problem of increasing the production capacities of the construction industry in Vietnam in the context of increased foreign investment. The structural diagram of the constituent elements of the production potential and indicators of their assessment are given. The logical relationship of the participants in the process is revealed. The basic terms and concepts are determined. The general methodological and intrasystem principles of the formation and functioning of the mechanism for developing the production potential of the construction industry are proposed, the developed conceptual-logical structural model of the mechanism is given. |
