В исследовании на основе анализа стратегических программ субъектов Сибирского Федерального округа, а также изучения экономических показателей, характеризующей развитие гостиничного сектор, была выявлена видовая специфика туризма, характерная для конкретного региона и показана динамика показателей развития гостиничного хозяйства. Изучение требований работодателей к молодым специалистов, а также учет трендов развития туризма и сферы гостеприимства позволили выявить ключевые профессиональные компетенции и личностные качества молодых специалистов, востребованных на современном рынке. In the study, based on the analysis of strategic programs of the subjects of the Siberian Federal District, as well as the study of economic indicators characterizing the development of the hotel sector, the specific specifics of tourism characteristic of a particular region were identified and the dynamics of indicators of the development of the hotel industry was shown. The study of employers' requirements for young professionals, as well as taking into account the trends in the development of tourism and the hospitality sector, made it possible to identify the key professional competencies and personal qualities of young specialists in demand in the modern market. |
