| Description: | Project management is developing by leaps and bounds, the banking sector is one of the leaders in this aspect. The article discusses the main approaches to project management in a commercial bank, taking into account the specifics of their activities. Indicators for assessing the effectiveness of ongoing projects are presented. The principles of project activity are considered, the stages of assessing the quality of the project are analyzed. Проектное управление развивается семимильными шагами, банковская сфера является одно и ллидрующих в данном аспекте. В статье рассматриваются основные подходы к управлению проектами в коммерческом банке, с учетом специфики их деятельности. Приведены показатели оценки эффективности реализуемых проектов. Рассмотрены принципы проектной деятельности, проанализированы этапы оценки качеством проекта. |
