В статье представлены результаты проверки гипотезы о необходимости увеличения выпуска гражданской продукции на предприятиях оборонно-промышленного комплекса как важнейшего фактора повышения их конкурентоспособности. По результатам рассмотрения современной ситуации с производством гражданской продукции на предприятиях ОПК, изложены предложения по увеличению ее доли в выручке предприятий с учетом исторического опыта проведения конверсий в СССР и России. Результаты анализа могут быть использованы в процессах разработки и реализации стратегии развития предприятий ОПК. The article presents the results of testing the hypothesis concerning the need to increase the production of civil products at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex as the most important factor in increasing their competitiveness. Based on the results of the research of the current situation with the manufacturing of civil products at the military-industrial enterprises, proposals are made to increase its share in the revenue of enterprises, taking into account the historical experience of conducting diversifications in the USSR and Russia. The results of the analysis can be used in the processes of development and implementation of the strategy of military-industrial enterprises. |
