| Description: | В статье анализируются торговые отношения в Новороссии после русско-турецкой войны 1787–1791 гг. и до конца XVIII в. Особое внимание в статье уделено развитию морской торговли и политике в отношении иностранных купцов. В исследовании использована информация из личных распоряжений (ордеров) правительства Новороссии. Выявлен позитивный вклад П.А. Зубова в развитии торговли края, а также экономические проблемы, с которыми столкнулось правительство в конце XVIII в. The article analyzes trade relations in Novorossiya after the Russian-Turkish war of 1787-1791. and until the end of the XVIII century. The article pays special attention to the development of maritime trade and policy towards foreign merchants. The study used information from personal orders (orders) of the government of Novorossiya. The authors determined the positive contribution of P.A. Zubov in the development of trade in the region, as well as the economic problems that the government faced at the end of the 18th century. |
