| Description: | The scientific article examines cultural and educational environment in higher military educational institutions of Russia. In general and social pedagogy, the phenomenon of environment is deeply studied mainly in relation to society, much less scientific works are dedicated to the problem of military environment. Education of military personnel is particularly active and purposeful in the military unit, that is, in an organized social environment that implements a comprehensive program of training a student as a professional defender of Motherland. The author concludes that the presence of a rich and diverse cultural and educational environment is the key to the success of the higher military educational institution, and the poorly developed individual components of the environment will inevitably have a negative impact on the quality of education and education, and hence on the training of cadets. В научной статье рассматривается культурно-образовательная среда в высших военно-учебных заведениях России. В общей и социальной педагогике феномен среды глубоко изучен в основном применительно к социуму, гораздо меньше научных работ посвящено проблеме воинской среды. Воспитание курсантов особенно активно и целенаправленно проходит в высшем военном учебном заведении, то есть в организованной культурно-образовательной среде, реализующей комплексную программу подготовки его как профессионального защитника Отечества. Автор делает вывод о том, что наличие богатой и разнообразной культурно-образовательной среды является залогом успешной деятельности высшего военного учебного заведения, а слабо развитые отдельные компоненты среды неминуемо будут сказываться отрицательным образом на качестве обучения и воспитания, а значит, на профессиональной подготовке курсантов. |
