| Description: | В статье обсуждаются теоретические основы обеспечения продовольственной безопасности Российского государства. Рассматриваютсявопросы обоснования системы показателей рисков в сфере производства и потребления продовольствия с точки зрения перспектив развития сельского хозяйства и агропромышленного комплекса. Приводятся результаты анализа статистики экономических преступлений в аграрной сфере субъектов Российской Федерации. Важное место уделяется поиску путей противодействия вызовам в системе обеспечения граждан страны продуктами питания для последующей выработки стратегии нейтрализации угроз продовольственной безопасности как составной части общей доктрины безопасности России. The paper discusses the theoretical foundations for ensuring the food security of the Russian state. The issues of substantiating the system of risk indicators in the sphere of food production and consumption are considered from the point of view of the prospects for the development of agriculture and the agro-industrial complex. Theresults of the analysis of statistics of economic crimes in the agrarian sector of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are presented. The particular attention is paid to finding ways to counter the challenges in the system of providing the citizens of the country with food for the subsequent development of a strategy for neutralizing threats to food security as an integral part of the general doctrine of Russia's security. |
