| Περιγραφή: | In the article, the author analyzed the main opinions of researchers on the prospects for introducing artificial intelligence in judicial activities and the possibility of interaction between “man” and “machine” in judicial activities. In addition, the processes of digitalization of the judiciary taking place in foreign countries were indirectly investigated. On the basis of such a study, estimates of indicators of interaction with participants in legal proceedings, the use of digital technologies in the distribution of cases and the organization of the work of courts and the use of modern technologies in the preparation of judicial acts of Russia and Central European indicators were noted. The article also draws the main conclusions about the state of digitalization of the judiciary in Russia, existing problems and the main directions for overcoming these problems. В статье автором проанализированы основные мнения исследователей о перспективах внедрения искусственного интеллекта в судебную деятельность и возможности взаимодействия «человека» и «машины» в судебной деятельности. Кроме того, косвенно исследованы процессы цифровизации судебной власти, проходящие в зарубежных странах. На основе такого исследования отмечены оценки показателей взаимодействия с участниками судопроизводства, использования цифровых технологий в распределении дел и организации работы судов и применения современных технологий при подготовке судебных актов России и среднеевропейских показателей. Также в статье сделаны основные выводы о состоянии цифровизации судебной власти в России, существующих проблемах и основных направлениях преодоления указанных проблем. |
