В современных условиях, прогнозирование и планирование экономической деятельности предприятий является основой производства и предпринимательства, распределения ресурсов и товаров, формирует условия для эффективного ведения деятельности, позволяет снизить степень неопределённости и рисков. В статье систематизированы теории, методы и способы прогнозирования и планирования деятельности предприятий. Раскрыта роль, функции и механизм применения категорий планомерности в системе разработки прогнозов и планов. Систематизированы основные различия между прогнозированием и планированием. Описаны функции прогнозирования. Проведена и дополнена классификация форм планирования. Изучена технология и описано содержание этапов планирования деятельности предприятия. Выполнена характеристика особенностей прогнозирования и планирования деятельности предприятий в сфере АПК. Сформирована система взаимодействия планов государственного регулирования и внутрихозяйственного планирования в АПК. Раскрыта роль оперативного планирования и необходимость разработки текущих планов для организации их эффективной работы. Описано содержание основных методов планирования и прогнозирования на современном этапе. Представлен алгоритм разработки долгосрочных и текущих планов. In modern conditions, forecasting and planning of economic activity of enterprises is an important prerequisite for free production and entrepreneurship, the distribution of resources and goods, creates the conditions for effective business, reduces the degree of uncertainty and risks. The article systematizes theories, methods and methods of forecasting and planning the activities of enterprises. The role, functions and mechanism for applying the categories of regularity in the system for developing forecasts and plans are disclosed. The main differences between forecasting and planning are systematized. The prediction functions are described. The classification of planning forms has been carried out and supplemented. The technology is disclosed and the content of the stages of planning the activities of the enterprise is described. The specifics and features of forecasting and planning the activities of enterprises in the agricultural sector are disclosed. A system of interaction of state regulation plans and on-farm planning in the agricultural sector has been formed. The role of operational planning and the need to develop current plans for organizing the effective operation of enterprises are disclosed. The content of the main methods of planning and forecasting at the present stage is described. An algorithm for developing long-term and current plans is presented. |
