В статье проанализированы основные показатели инновационной деятельности российских организаций, показана необходимость уделять внимание грамотному развитию инновационного потенциала с учетом специфических особенностей предприятий и их продукции. Авторами рассмотрены основные подходы к пониманию сущности инновационного потенциала предприятия, выявлены основные компоненты инновационного потенциала, включая важный результативной компонент. На основе выделенных компонент сформулировано новое определение инновационного потенциала машиностроительного предприятия, адекватно отражающее текущую конкурентную позицию в условиях действия ограничительных мер. Предложены способы оценки динамики основных компонент инновационного потенциала в виде расчёта характеризующих их коэффициентов, позволяющие получить обобщающую оценку в динамике за ряд лет для более полного понимания направленности развития машиностроительного предприятия и внесения соответствующих корректив. The article analyzes the main indicators of innovation activity of Russian organizations, shows the need to pay attention to the competent development of innovative potential, taking into account the specific features of enterprises and their products. The authors consider the main approaches to understanding the essence of the innovative potential of enterprise, identify the main components of the innovation potential, including an important effective component. On the basis of the allocated components, a new definition of the innovative potential of a machine-building enterprise has been formulated, which adequately reflects the current competitive position in the conditions of restrictive measures. It offers ways to assess the dynamics of the main components of the innovation potential in the form of calculation of coefficients characterizing them, allowing to obtain a generalizing assessment in the dynamics over a number of years for a more complete understanding of the direction of development of the machine-building enterprise and making appropriate adjustments. |
