В статье с опорой на результаты эмпирического исследования рассматривается отсутствие или недостаточно широкое распространение автоматизма в управлении, как особенность управленческой культуры органов внутренних дел Российской Федерации. Первичные данные получены методом экспертного опроса. Распространенность практик «ручного управления» описывается как признак низкой технологичности управленческого процесса в организации. Исходя из результатов исследования показаны такие проявления управленческой культуры как ситуативность управленческих воздействий, преобладание разовых поручений. Описаны последствия такого положения дел для эффективности функционирования организации. Based on the results of an empirical study, the article considers the absence or insufficiently wide distribution of automatism in management as a feature of the managerial culture of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. The primary data were obtained by the method of an expert survey. The prevalence of “manual control” practices is described as a sign of low manufacturability of the management process in the organization. Based on the results of the study, such manifestations of managerial culture as the situational nature of managerial influences, the predominance of one-time orders are shown. The consequences of this state of affairs for the effectiveness of the functioning of the organization are described. |
