Рассматриваются основные положения современных требований эффективности и устойчивости в контексте экономической безопасности предприятий, отражающих необходимый уровень технико - экономического развития в условиях глобального санкционного противостояния. Рассмотрено содержание понятий экономической устойчивости, стройного производства и экономической безопасности, применяемых в деловом обороте при характеристике деятельности предприятий в цифровой экономике. Сформулированы ключевые аспекты применения бережливого производства на основе известных концепций семи типов потерь и пяти принципов бережливого производства. На основе известных концепций «семи типов потерь» и «пяти принципов» бережливого производства предложены четыре аспекта направленные на повышение эффективности бизнес-процессов и повышение устойчивости элементов экономической безопасности, а также указана связь между основными эффектами от использования инструментов бережливого производства и факторами устойчивости отдельных составляющих элементов экономической безопасности. Систематизированы принципы взаимосвязи эффектов внедрения инструментов бережливого производства и факторов устойчивости составляющих элементов экономической безопасности. Цель исследования: разработать и предложить новую трактовку понятий эффективности и экономической безопасности предприятий, отражающая необходимость усиления аспектов организации бережливого производства на основе применения сквозных технологий в условиях цифровой экономики. The main provisions of modern requirements of efficiency and sustainability in the context of economic security of enterprises, reflecting the necessary level of technical and economic development in the conditions of global sanctions confrontation, are considered. The content of the concepts of economic stability, orderly production and economic security used in business turnover when characterizing the activities of enterprises in the digital economy is considered. The key aspects of the application of lean production are formulated on the basis of the well-known concepts of seven types of losses and five principles of lean production. Based on the well-known concepts of the "seven types of losses" and the "five principles" of lean production, four aspects are proposed aimed at improving the efficiency of business processes and increasing the sustainability of economic security elements, and the relationship between the main effects of using lean production tools and the sustainability factors of individual components of economic security elements is indicated. The principles of interrelation of the effects of the introduction of lean production tools and the sustainability factors of the constituent elements of economic security are systematized. The purpose of the study: to develop and propose a new interpretation of the concepts of efficiency and economic security of enterprises, reflecting the need to strengthen aspects of the organization of lean production based on the use of end-to-end technologies in the digital economy. |
