В статье представлена характеристика кризисов 2008 г., 2014 г. и 2020 г. Проведенный сравнительный анализ позволил авторам статьи построить отраслевой профиль каждого из кризисов, в том числе и в региональном срезе, дать оценку силы их воздействия на разные территории России, и Владимирскую область в частности. Авторское исследование может быть интересным государственным органам при разработке и реализации стратегии регионального развития. The article presents the characteristics of the crises of 2008, 2014 and 2020. The comparativeanalysis allowed the authors of the article to build an industry profile of each of the crises, including in the regionalcontext, to assess the strength of their impact on different territories of Russia, including Vladimir region. The au-thor's research can be of interest to government agencies in the development and implementation of a regionaldevelopment strategy. |
