Установлено, что курсовое применение лазера высокой интенсивности в комплексной медицинской реабилитации больных, перенесших артроскопические вмешательства на коленном суставе, привело к статистически значимому снижению уровня токсических продуктов перекисного окисления липидов, стимуляции антиоксидантных ферментов, коррекции нарушений микроциркуляторной перфузии, уменьшению интенсивности деструктивных процессов в очаге послеоперационного повреждения. Это, в свою очередь, способствовало выраженному противовоспалительному и противоотёчному эффектам, улучшению локомоторной функции поражённого коленного сустава, снижению болевого синдрома, нормализации показателей качества жизни и повышению эффективности медицинской реабилитации в целом. As a result of the conducted studies, it was found that the course use of a high-intensity laser in the complex medical rehabilitation of patients who underwent arthroscopic interventions on the knee joint led to a statistically significant reduction in the level of toxic products of lipid peroxidation, stimulation of antioxidant enzymes, correction of violations of microcirculatory perfusion, reduction of the intensity of destructive processes in the focus of postoperative damage, which, in turn, contributed to a pronounced anti-inflammatory and decongestant effect, improvement of the locomotor function of the affected knee joint, reduction of pain syndrome, normalization of the quality of life.life and improving the effectiveness of medical rehabilitation in general. |
