В статье на основе данных выборочного обследования субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства представлен анализ мнений руководителей-мужчин и руководителей-женщин о причинах, побудивших заняться предпринимательской деятельностью. Приводится характеристика гендерных различий мнений руководителей в оценке роли факторов, оказывающих наиболее сильное влияние на текущую ситуацию в малом и среднем бизнесе. Наличие гендерных различий в структуре ответов руководителей субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства подтверждаются рассчитанными интегральными индексами. По результатам исследования выявлены приоритетные факторы, влияющие на устойчивость функционирования предприятий и их дальнейшее развитие, среди которых, по мнению руководителей предприятий, наиболее значимыми являются финансовые. В современных условиях распространения Covid-19 особую значимость приобретают более расширенные меры поддержки бизнеса, а главное, необходимо снижение / ослабление «налогового бремени» для малого и среднего предпринимательства. Based on the data of a sample survey of small and medium-sized businesses, the article presents an analysis of the opinions of male and female leaders about the reasons that prompted them to engage inentrepreneurial activity. The characteristics of gender differences in the opinions of managers in assessing therole of factors that have the strongest impact on the current situation in small and medium-sized businesses aregiven. The presence of gender differences in the structure of the answers of the heads of small and medium-sizedbusinesses is confirmed by the calculated integral indices. According to the results of the study, priority factorshave been identified that affect the stability of the functioning of enterprises and their further development, amongwhich, according to the heads of enterprises, the most significant are financial. In the modern conditions of thespread of Covid-19, more expanded measures of business support are acquiring particular importance, and most importantly, it is necessary to reduce / ease the "tax burden" for small and medium-sized businesses. |
