| Description: | В статье анализируются аспекты реформирования уголовноисполнительной системы России в рамках происходящих процессов гуманизации с целью обеспечения эффективности проводимых преобразований. Авторы исследуют нынешнее состояние уголовноисполнительной системы России, дают критическую оценку функционированию пенитенциарной системы, заостряя внимания на актуальных проблемах. Отмечается необходимость применения альтернативных лишению свободы наказаний. Предлагается создать мультирежимные учреждения, а также ввести службу пробации в России. Формулируется вывод о необходимости проведения реформы уголовноисполнительной системы России с учетом сформированной международной практики, соблюдения принципа гуманизма и уважительного отношения к лицам, отбывающим наказание. The article analyzes the aspects of the reform of the penitentiary system of Russia in the framework of ongoing processes of humanization in order to ensure the effectiveness of ongoing reforms. The authors examine the current state of the penitentiary system in Russia, give a critical assessment of the functioning of the penitentiary system, focusing on topical issues. It is noted the need to apply alternatives to imprisonment. It is proposed to establish multimode institutions, as well as to introduce a probation service in Russia. The conclusion is formulated about the need for a reform of the penitentiary system of Russia, taking into account the established international practice, the observance of the principle of humanism and respect for those serving a sentence. |
