В статье рассматриваются инструменты нематериального стимулирования сотрудников банка в советский период. В результате анализа теоретических положений и проведенного ретроспективного исследования особенностей нематериального стимулирования сотрудников были выделены основные направления развития инструментов нематериального стимулирования банковских работников на протяжении советского периода для поддержания их продуктивности на рабочем месте. Актуальность работы определена динамичным изменением Банковского законодательства, экономических условий и политической ситуации с советского времени по сегодняшний день. Для эффективного развития рынка банковских услуг необходимо искать более эффективные способы работы и стимулирования сотрудников. Ретроспективный анализ позволяет выявить особенности развития банковского дела и мотивации сотрудников с течением времени. The article deals with the instruments of non-material incentives for bank employees during the Soviet period. As the result of the analysis of theoretical positions and the conducted retrospective study of peculiarities of non-material stimulation of employees the main directions of development of instruments of non-material stimulation of bank employees during the Soviet period for maintenance of their productivity in the workplace were singled out. The relevance of the work is determined by dynamic changes in the banking legislation, economic conditions and political situation from the Soviet period to the present day. For the effective development of the market of banking services it is necessary to look for more effective ways of work and incentives for employees. The retrospective analysis allows to reveal the peculiarities of banking development and employees' motivation over time. |
