| Description: | Статья посвящена рассмотрению отдельных проблем реализации и защиты конституционного права граждан на благоприятную окружающую среду на примере Астраханской области. На основе данных, представленных в ежегодных докладах об экологической ситуации в Астраханской области, проведен сравнительный анализ состояния окружающей среды в регионе за период с 2009 по 2020 год, обозначены наиболее острые экологические проблемы, сохраняющиеся на протяжении длительного времени и препятствующие реализации права жителей области на чистую, здоровую и доброкачественную окружающую среду. Предлагаются возможные способы и пути решения выявленных проблем. The article is devoted to the consideration of certain problems of the implementation and protection of the constitutional right of citizens to a favorable environment on the example of the Astrakhan region. Based on the data presented in the annual reports on the environmental situation in the Astrakhan region, a comparative analysis of the state of the environment in the region for the period from 2009 to 2020 is carried out, the most acute environmental problems that persist for a long time and hinder the realization of the right of residents of the region to a clean, healthy and benign environment are identified. Possible ways and conditions for solving the identified problems are proposed. |
