| Description: | Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме применения международных норм в уголовно-исполнительной системе России и их влияния на внутреннее законодательство в пенитенциарной сфере. Процесс развития пенитенциарных учреждений направлен на восприятие международного опыта с учетом всех тонкостей реализации их в Российской Федерации. Гуманизация отношений в данной сфере предусматривает в том числе использование новых технологий, особенно в сложившейся во всем мире эпидемиологической обстановке, которая требует четких и быстрых решений применения нового оборудования в исправительных учреждениях The article is devoted to the actual problem of the application of international norms in the penitentiary system of Russia and their influence on the domestic legislation in the penitentiary sphere. The development process of penitentiary institutions is aimed at the perception of international experience, taking into account all the subtleties of their implementation in the Russian Federation. The humanization of relations in this area includes, among other things, the use of new technologies, especially in the current epidemiological situation around the world, which requires clear and quick decisions on the use of new equipment in correctional facilities. |
