В статье представлены результаты исследования системы формирования цепи доставки скоропортящейся продукции. Показаны и охарактеризованы факторы, оказывающие влияние на товародвижение скоропортящейся продукции, а также обозначены последствия неправильной его организации. Обоснована необходимость учета ключевых аспектов при создании цепи доставки. Результаты анализа могут быть использованы при проектировании цепи доставки скоропортящейся продукции. The article presents the results of a study of the perishable product delivery chain formation system. The factors that influence the distribution of perishable products are shown and characterized, as well as theconsequences of its incorrect organization. The necessity of taking key aspects into account when creating a delivery chain is substantiated. The results of the analysis can be used in the design of the perishable product delivery chain. |
