На современном этапе развития экономики предпринимательство становится опорой не только для поддержания бизнеса и преодоления кризисных явлений, но и ее развития в условиях инновационных процессов. В статье рассматривается роль и значение и инновационного мышления предпринимателя. Автор анализирует различные подходы к трактовке понятия «инновационное мышление», выделяет характерные особенности, проявляющиеся в предпринимательской деятельности, устанавливает взаимосвязь между инновациями и характером деятельности предприятий малого бизнеса. Результаты анализа могут быть использованы руководством предприятий малого бизнеса для выбора соответствующего типа инновации, разработки инновационных стратегий, повышения эффективности деятельности предприятия. At the present stage of economic development, entrepreneurship becomes a support not only for maintaining business and overcoming crisis phenomena, but also for its development in the context of innovative processes. The article discusses the role and significance of innovative thinking of an entrepreneur. The author analyzes various approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "innovative thinking", identifies the characteristic features that manifest themselves in entrepreneurial activity, and establishes the relationship between innovation and the nature of the activities of small businesses. The results of the analysis can be used by the management of small businesses to select the appropriate type of innovation, develop innovative strategies, and improve the efficiency of the enterprise. |
