The given work is devoted to the study of the digital transformation of the procurement processes of an industrial enterprise. Identification of problems in the functioning of procurement logistics processes and development of measures to improve the procurement process using digital technologies. The research set the following goals: 1. Study of theoretical aspects of digital transformation of industrial enterprises. 2. Identification of the features of digitalization of procurement activities in an industrial enterprise. 3. Analysis of the activities of JSC "Power Machines", description of the current business processes of the plant "Electrosila" JSC "Power Machines". 4. Development of measures for digitalization of procurement activities. The work was fulfilled on the premises of the Electrosila plant of Power Machines JSC, where a significant part of the factual material was collected: a description and regulations of the current business processes of procurement activities. A context diagram was built in IDF0 notation, decomposed to the level of the main business process using the service draw.io. Next, a model of the main process was built in BPMN notation. The study resulted into analysis of the industrial enterprises procurement activities was analyzed, the main reasons for the inefficiency of procurement processes were identified, and measures were developed to introduce a marketplace for the purchase of low-cost goods, which will help reduce the number of manual operations. To achieve these results, the following information technologies were used in the work, including software, cloud services, databases, and others: Google Chrome + Firefox + Yandex Browser, StormBPMN, Draw.io.
Данная работа посвящена исследованию цифровой трансформации процессов закупочной деятельности промышленного предприятия. Выявление проблем в функционировании процессов закупочной логистики и разработка мероприятий по совершенствовании процесса закупок с применением цифровых технологий. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение теоретических аспектов цифровой трансформации промышленных предприятий. 2. Определение особенностей цифровизации закупочной деятельности на промышленном предприятии. 3. Анализ деятельности АО «Силовые машины», описание текущих бизнес-процессов завода «Электросила» АО «Силовые машины». 4. Разработка мероприятий цифровизации закупочной деятельности. Работа проведена на базе завода «Электросила» АО «Силовые машины», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала: описание и регламент текущих бизнес-процессов закупочной деятельности. Была построена контекстная диаграмма в нотации IDF0, декомпозирована до уровня основного бизнес-процесса с помощью сервиса draw.io. Далее была построена модель основного процесса в нотации BPMN. В результате была проанализирован текущий бизнес-процесс закупочной деятельности промышленного предприятия, выявлены основные причины неэффективности закупочных процессов и разработаны мероприятия по внедрению маркетплейса для закупки низкостоимостных ТМЦ, что будет способствовать сокращению количества ручных операций. Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы следующие информационные технологии, в том числе программное обеспечение, облачные сервисы, базы данных и прочие: Google Chrome + Firefox + Yandex Browser, StormBPMN, Draw.io. |
