Description: The article presents a model of a comprehensive study of volunteerism as a complex social phenomenon. The author conducts a sociological analysis of the topic at the macro, meso, and micro levels, demonstrating their complementarity and role in shaping a holistic understanding of volunteer activities. At the macro level, the emphasis is on the integration of volunteerism into the process of reproduction and development of modern social systems. The meso-level involves the study of organizational mechanisms of volunteerism, ensuring the coordination of activities, resource management and the formation of institutional relationships, and the general context of volunteerism. The microrelease analyzes the motivation of participants in the volunteer movement and the impact of this activity on personal development, interpersonal communication and socialization of participants. The results of a comprehensive approach to the phenomenon of volunteerism can be applied to increase the effectiveness of volunteer initiatives and their integration into solving current social problems.
Представлена модель комплексного исследования волонтерства как сложного социального явления. Проводится социологический анализ тематики на макро-, мезо и микроуровнях, демонстрируя их взаимодополняемость и роль в формировании целостного понимания добровольческой деятельности. На макроуровне акцент делается на интеграции волонтерства в процесс воспроизводства и развития современных социальных систем. Мезоуровень предполагает исследование организационных механизмов волонтерства, обеспечивающих координацию деятельности, управление ресурсами и формирование институциональных связей, и общем контексте добровольчества. На микроуровне анализируются мотивация участников волонтерского движения и влияние этой деятельности на личностное развитие, межличностные коммуникации и социализацию участников. Результаты комплексного подхода к феномену добровольчества могут быть применены для повышения эффективности волонтерских инициатив и их интеграции в решение актуальных социальных проблем.
