Описаны предложения по автоматизации процесса определения типовых избирательных участков для проведения опросов на выходе (exit poll). Сформулированы требования к типовым избирательным участкам на основе общедоступных показателей их функционирования. Представлены критерии отбора избирательных участков, сформированные на базе различных статистик результатов голосования. Предложенные решения позволяют повысить точность прогнозирования результатов выборов на основе exit poll. Реализация описанного подхода в автоматизированных системах управления социально-экономическими процессами позволит повысить эффективность управленческих решений. Proposals for automating the process of identifying standard polling stations for conducting exit polls are described. The requirements for standard polling stations are formulated on the basis of publicly available indicators of their functioning. The criteria for the selection of polling stations, formed on the basis of various statistics of voting results, are presented. The proposed solutions make it possible to improve the accuracy of predicting election results based on exit poll. The implementation of the described approach in automated systems of socio-economic processes management will increase the efficiency of management decisions. |
