Инновационные эффекты в строительстве сфокусированы в средствах труда, предметах труда и в трудовых процессах; целенаправленное изучение рынка нововведений (аддитивные технологии, роботы; мир строительной техники и технологии; строительные материалы и конструкции) и способов финансирования нововведений, а также льгот со стороны государства, позволяют компаниям строительной отрасли уйти от привычных и малопроизводительных методов ведения строительных работ, снизить рисковую составляющую сделки и быть в авангарде предприятий, внедряющих научные достижения в основную деятельность. Однако инновационный вектор технологических преобразований имеет и отрицательное направление (отрицательный эффект), заключающийся в высвобождении рабочей силы и обострении ситуации на рынке труда, как результата повышения доли роботизированной техники и уменьшения количества занятого населения. Так же авторы прогнозируют изменения в самой классической модели производства и распределения благ при условии дальнейшей цифровизации экономики. Innovations in construction should be aimed at obtaining certain production, economic and social effects, which may be delayed and risky in nature; innovative effects in construction are focused on the means of labor, objects of labor and in labor processes; targeted study of the innovation market (additive technologies, robots; the world of construction equipment and technologies; building materials and structures) and ways of financing innovations, as well as benefits from the state, allow construction companies to get away from the usual and inefficient methods of conducting construction work, and reduce the risk component transactions and be at the forefront of enterprises implementing scientific achievements in their core business. However, the innovative vector of technological transformations also has a negative direction (negative effect), which consists in the release of labor and the creation of certain problems in the labor market, in changing labor relations, as a result of increasing the share of robotic technology in the economy, in changing the model of production and distribution of goods. |
