В статье на основе анализа эволюционного развития теории и практики управления раскрыто содержание понятия «предпринимательский менеджмент» и определена его роль как ключевого фактора обеспечения перехода на инновационную модель экономического роста. Обоснована необходимость и возможность повышения эффективности предпринимательского менеджмента, усиления его влияния на активизацию инновационной деятельности на основе укрепления взаимодействия государства и бизнеса в виде государственно-частного партнерства. Обоснованы выводы о том, что эффективность внедрения государственно-частного партнерства пока недостаточна, обоснована необходимость подхода к решению этой целевой задачи как комплексному системному процессу, требующему консолидации усилий государственных органов, научной общественности и практиков. Based on the analysis of the evolutionary development of the theory and practice of management, the article reveals the content of the concept of "entrepreneurial management" and defines its role as a key factor in ensuring the transition to an innovative model of economic growth. The necessity and possibility of increasing the efficiency of entrepreneurial management, strengthening its influence on the activation of innovation activities on the basis of strengthening the interaction between the state and business in the form of public-private partnership are substantiated. The authors substantiate the conclusions that the effectiveness of the implementation of public-private partnership is still insufficient, and justify the need for an approach to solving this target task as a complex system process that requires the consolidation of the efforts of state bodies, the scientific community and practitioners. |
