В статье анализируется современное состояние системы эстетического воспитания сотрудников органов внутренних дел в процессе их непрерывного образования. Проведен анализ педагогических ресурсов эстетического воспитания на уровне основного общего и среднего общего образования, профессионального высшего образования, самообразования сотрудников в процессе их непрерывного образования. Анализ программно-планирующей документации показал, что деятельность по эстетическому развитию воспитанников и кадетов суворовских военных училищ системы МВД направлена на развитие отдельных эстетических знаний и умений и не рассматривается как единый целенаправленный процесс, охватывающий целостную структуру эстетической культуры личности. Анализ учебной литературы позволил сделать вывод о том, что при выделении отдельных компонентов эстетической культуры сотрудников ОВД этот феномен не рассматривается как целостная структура и в большинстве случаев предлагается его фрагментарное и разобщенное формирование. Анализ программно-планирующей документации ведомственных образовательных организаций свидетельствует о недооценке педагогической цели формирования культуры сотрудников полиции, о чем свидетельствует исключение из учебных планов дисциплины «Эстетическая культура сотрудников ОВД». Эстетическое воспитание направлено в большей степени на развитие эмоционального восприятия, проявляющегося в момент посещения художественных выставок, музыкальных концертов, театральных представлений, исторических мест и творческой деятельности сотрудников ОВД, возможности развития которой достаточно широко представлены в образовательных организациях МВД России. Анализ нормативных правовых актов по организации деятельности по эстетическому воспитанию в органах внутренних дел и соответствующей им педагогической практике позволил сделать вывод о том, что традиционный состав задействованных в учебно-воспитательном процессе условий образовательной среды, неиспользование в педагогическом проектировании развития эстетической культуры сотрудников ОВД инструментария инновационной деятельности, существующие проекты эстетического воспитания в системе непрерывного образования МВД России, задействующие множество ресурсов, не характеризуются пока достаточно эффективными результатами. The article analyzes the current state of the system of aesthetic education of employees of internal affairs bodies in the process of their continuous education. The analysis of pedagogical resources of aesthetic education at the level of basic general and secondary general education, professional higher education, self-education of employees in the process of their continuous education is carried out. Analysis of the planning documentation showed that the aesthetic development of pupils and cadets of the Suvorov military schools of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system is aimed at the development of individual aesthetic knowledge and skills and is not considered as a single purposeful process covering the integral structure of the aesthetic culture of the individual. The analysis of educational literature made it possible to conclude that, when identifying individual components of the aesthetic culture of police officers, this phenomenon is not considered as an integral structure and in most cases its fragmentary and fragmented formation is proposed. Analysis of the planning documentation of departmental educational organizations indicates an underestimation of the pedagogical goal of forming the culture of police officers, as evidenced by the exclusion of the discipline "Aesthetic culture of police officers" from the curriculum. Aesthetic education is aimed to a greater extent at the development of emotional perception, which manifests itself at the time of visiting art exhibitions, musical concerts, theatrical performances, historical places and the creative activity of police officers, the development possibilities of which are widely represented in the educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Analysis of normative legal acts on the organization of activities on aesthetic education in the internal affairs bodies and the pedagogical practice corresponding to them made it possible to conclude that the traditional composition of the educational environment involved in the educational process, the non-use of the tools of innovation activity in the pedagogical design of the development of aesthetic culture of police officers , the existing projects of aesthetic education in the lifelong education system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, using many resources, are not yet characterized by sufficiently effective results. |
