Наиболее существенные проблемы малых строительных фирм: начальные затраты, колебания курсов валют, доступ к финансам во время выполнения работ, постоянные прерывания и нестабильные цены на строительные материалы, политика назначения и найма для команды, отсутствие ясности видения и сложность разработки стратегического плана вдали, сложности работы с поставщиками и общая экономическая ситуация. The construction industry is the most active tool for the development of society and one of themain pillars of the country's economy. The most significant problems for small construction firms: start-up costs,currency fluctuations, access to finance during work execution, constant interruptions and unstable prices for building materials, appointment and hiring policies for the team, lack of clarity of vision, and difficulty in developinga strategic plan away, difficult work with suppliers and the general economic situation. |
