Распространение инструментов программно-целевого регулирования связано с потребностью в более активном государственном регулировании социально-экономических процессов в АПК на макро-, мезоуровнях. Государственные программы являются действенным инструментом реализации аграрной политики в соответствии со стратегическими документами отраслевого и территориального развития. В статье раскрыты организационно-экономические аспекты реализации государственных программ социально-экономического развития АПК Республики Адыгея. Выделены территориально-отраслевые особенности, стратегические приоритеты социально-экономического развития АПК Республики Адыгея. Раскрыты проблемы и перспективы совершенствования программно-целевого регулирования хозяйственных процессов в АПК региона депрессивного типа. The spread of instrument for program-targeted regulation is associated with the need for more active state regulation of socio-economic processes in the agro-industrial complex at the macro- and meso- levels. The state programs are an effective instrument for the implementation of agrarian policy in accordance with the strategic documents of sectoral and territorial development. The article reveals the organizational and economic aspects of the implementation of the state programs of socio-economic development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Adygea. Territorial and sectoral features, strategic priorities of socio-economic development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Adygea are highlighted. The problems and prospects of improving the program-targeted regulation of economic processes in the agro-industrial complex of the depressed type region are revealed. |
