Материально-технический рынок считается одним из основных направлений удовлетворения спроса на технику в агропромышленном комплексе. С этой точки зрения развитие рынка материально-технических ресурсов за счет предприятий, производящих отечественную сельскохозяйственную технику, является одним из приоритетов аграрной политики. Поэтому в настоящее время одним из первоочередных вопросов является совершенствование правовой базы взаимодействия субъектов производства и снабжения в сельском хозяйстве, обеспечение создания необходимой организационной структуры для развития рыночного механизма экономики. The market of material and technical resources is one of the most fundamental concepts of meeting the needs of the agricultural sector with machinery. From this point of view, the development of the market of material and technical resources at the expense of enterprises producing local agricultural machinery is one of the priorities of agrarian policy. Therefore, currently one of the primary issues is to improve the legal framework for the interaction of production and supply entities in agriculture, to ensure the creation of the necessary organizational structure for the development of the market mechanism of the economy. |
