В статье представлены результаты применения метода теоретического анализа положений концепции «Индустрия 4.0», методов обобщения, анализа и синтеза в отношении проверки гипотезы о цифровом взаимодействии, построении ее системы как видения цифровой трансформации в стратегическом целеполагании территориального и отраслевого уровня. Оценки произведены с использованием анализа содержания региональных стратегий, практики использования цифровых технологий для создания платформ цифрового взаимодействия ПФР, ФНС РФ. Обоснованы целевой и ресурсный уровень модели цифрового взаимодействия, условия и эффекты их применения за пределами сектора государственных услуг. The article presents the results of applying the method of theoretical analysis of the provisions of the concept "Industry 4.0", methods of generalization, analysis and synthesis in relation to testing the hypothesis of digital interaction, building its system as a vision of digital transformation in the strategic goal setting of the territorial and industry level. The estimations were made using an analysis of the content of regional strategies and the practice of using digital technologies to create platforms for digital interaction at the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, and the Federal tax service of the Russian Federation. The target and resource level of the digital interaction model, conditions and effects of their application outside the public services sector are substantiated. |
