Современные экономические условия требуют определения перспектив развития аграрной экономики на инновационной основе. С этой точки зрения в развитии аграрного производства на инновацонной основе важную роль играют экономические и организационные механизмы, осуществляющие обеспечение субъектов сельского хозяйства материальнотехническими ресурсами. Поэтому важно определить условия и возможности, выражающие технологические новшества в контектсте модернизации аграрной отрасли. Указанное, как самый важный элемент процесса модернизации, позволяет формировать качественно новую структуру сельскохозяйственного производства. Modern economic conditions require the determination of the prospects for the development of the agrarian economy on an innovative basis. From this point of view, economic and organizational mechanisms that provide agricultural entities with material and technical resources play an important role in the development of agricultural production on an innovative basis. Therefore, it is important to determine the conditions and opportunities that express technological innovations in the context of the modernization of the agricultural sector. This, as the most important element of the modernization process, makes it possible to form a qualitatively new structure of agricultural production. |
