Социальные аспекты выходят на первый план, а значит необходимо учитывать мотивации работников при планировании годового бюджета предприятия. Инвестиционная политика должна совмещать социальную составляющую с инвестированием в развитие человеческого ресурса предприятия. The development of a modern enterprise fully depends on the quality of the human resource, and this should become a measure of the responsibility of managers, since the fulfillment of a commercial or State Order depends on it. Social aspects come to the fore, which means that it is necessary to take into account the motivation of employees when planning the annual budget of the enterprise. The investment policy should combine the social component with investment in the development of the human resource of the enterprise. |
