В статье рассмотрен региональный контур актуальных проблем и перспектив привлечения частных инвестиций в условиях структурных ограничений роста национальной экономики. По мнению автора статьи, решение задачи повышения инвестиционной привлекательности субъектов Российской Федерации будет достигнуто в результате расширения практик «горизонтального» сотрудничества властных структур и бизнес-сообщества. При этом необходима институционализация транспарентности деятельности всех участников инвестиционного процесса, в том числе за счет применения сервисов распределенных реестров. The article describes the regional contour of current problems and prospects for attracting private investment in the context of structural restrictions on the growth of the national economy. According to the author of the article, the solution of the problem of increasing the investment attractiveness of the regions of Russia will be achieved because of the expansion of the practice of «horizontal» cooperation between the authorities and the business community. At the same time, it is necessary to institutionalize the transparency of the activities of all participants in the investment process, including through the use of distributed registry services. |
