| Περιγραφή: | The article analyzes the main economic indicators of the insurance market, in general, and the agricultural insurance market in particular, at the present stage. The study is conducted to identify trends in the development of the mechanism of agricultural risk insurance and to develop a set of measures to improve insurance relations in agriculture. The article examines the main types of insurance and determines the place of agricultural production insurance in the insurance market. The main directions of development of the insurance market are investigated and the analysis of the concentration of certain types of insurance in the TOP 10 insurance companies is carried out. The main indicators of the top ten insurers providing agricultural risk insurance in 2019 are studied. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the main economic indicators of the agricultural insurance market, in particular, the volume of insurance premiums collected, the amount of payments made and the payout ratio. A comparative analysis of individual types of insurance was also carried out with the division for insurance with state support and for commercial insurance. Separately, the distribution of the amount of the collected insurance premium, the insurance payments made and the number of contracts concluded by groups of agricultural producers and types of insurance was studied. In the process of analyzing the main economic indicators of the development of insurance relations, certain problems and shortcomings of the functioning of the agricultural insurance market were identified. At the end of the study, conclusions were drawn on the main provisions of the existing agricultural insurance system and a set of measures for the development and improvement of the mechanism of insurance of agricultural production in Russia at the present stage was proposed. В статье проводится анализ основных экономических показателей страхового рынка, в общем, и ранка агрострахования в частности, на современном этапе. Исследование проводится с целью выявления тенденций развития механизма страхования сельскохозяйственных рисков и разработки комплекса мер по совершенствованию страховых отношений в сельском хозяйстве. В статье изучены основные виды страхования и определено место страхования сельскохозяйственного производства на рынке страховых услуг. Изучены основные направления развития рынка страховых услуг и проведен анализ концентрации отдельных видов страхования в рамках ТОП-10 страховых компаний. Изучены основные показатели лидирующей десятки страховщиков проводящих страхование сельскохозяйственных рисков в 2019 году. Особое внимание уделено анализу основных экономических показателей рынка агрострахования, в частности, объёму собранной страховой премии, размеру произведенных выплат и коэффициенту выплат. Так же был проведён сравнительный анализ отдельных видов страхования с подразделением на страхование с государственной поддержкой и на коммерческое страхование. Отдельно было изучено распределение суммы собранной страховой премии, произведённых страховых выплат и количества заключённых договоров по группам сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей и видам страхования. В процессе анализа основных экономических показателей развития страховых отношений были выявлены отдельные проблемы и недостатки функционирования рынка агрострахования. В конце исследования были сделаны выводы по основным положениям существующей системы сельскохозяйственного страхования и предложен комплекс мероприятий по развитию и совершенствованию механизма страхования сельскохозяйственного производства в России на современном этапе. |
